Viele Kneipen, Märkte und Parks zum entspannen befinden sich direkt um die Ecke und trotzdem ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig gelegen. Als Wohnraum eignet sie sich perfekt für Singles und Pärchen. Bitte keine Anfragen mit Tieren. Der Garten hat auch einen eigenen Zugang durch die Terassentür. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und komplett ausgestattet (Badewanne, Geschirr, Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Waschmaschine, Föhn etc.) Es ist alles vorhanden.

the offered flat includes everything (Water, electricity, Internet, insurances, furniture, towels, washing machine, sheets, heating etc.). The flat is in a great and vibrant location, the price is per month. Very nice, private and comfortably furnished. The connection with the public transport system is perfect with a Tram station M 21 right in front of the house, the M 10 and U 5 Samariterstr. in 7 min walk and also the Ringbahn S-Bahnhof-Storkowerstraße in 7 minutes walking distance (it circles the whole city and brings you anywhere in a very short time). The flat is perfect for singles or couples with the option of receiving visits. (There is a couch with sleeping function for 2 people.) Sheeds, towels, dishes, washing machine, hairdryer and anything else that you could need come with the flat.

The flat is very silent even though you are very close to the scene bars and stylish cafés of the most beautiful part of Friedrichshain, Prenzlauer Berg and Kreuzberg. On the other side of the street you find the Forkenbergplatz which is a charming park with playgrounds and a lot of space to relax and read a book, have a picnic etc. Also a REWE (open till midnight) supermarket, a LIDL and all kinds of other shopping possibilities are directly on the other side of the street and open long, so basically anytime you can just go out and pick up what you need!
