quiet, comfy flat for flexible stay somewhen between these dates

call me rather than writing !
you can stay for any date in the given period.just write me the time you are interested in and how many persons you will be. there is enough space, as my living room is about 25 m² big. .

the price given is for one night of course and everything is already included.but if you stay longer than 1 night it will be cheaper of course .

If you stay more than 3 nights it gets cheaper . fast internet-connection with cable as well as Wlan...!!  my apartment  is fully furnished of course. in the bathroom there is even a nice bathtube, so enjoy the relaxiation. the kitchen is fully equipped with-among other things- a washing machine, an oven and stove and a coffeemachine.... people say it looks way better than on the pictures : ) It is perfectly located (in the backyard where it is nicely quite- if you want to "recover") and you can get there with different means of transportation : either by the Ring-bahn (get out at "storkower stasse" ,up the stairs ,turns right and then straight on), the U-5 ("Samariterstrasse" which is about 3 minutes away and the metro 10 ("Bersarinplatz") also 3 min away there is the famous simon dach strasse with lot of bars and restuarants. around the corner there are lots of supermarkets.. Ps. i have also 2 other matresses, so up to 4 people can stay there comfortably but of course i will charge a bit more in that case. Welcome to berlin : )
