It s located at front of 'Karl Marx Platz' in Neukölln and close by to 'Richard Platz', which is in historical Rixdorf. A village in the middle of Berlin. Twice a week you got amazing market at front of your door. You are well connected to the Ringbahn Sonnenalle and U7 Karl Marx Strasse.
The place is very calm and has a open view.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Karl Marx Platz in Neukölln (Rixdorf) und ein paar Meter vom Richardtplatz entfernt.

Zwei mal die Woche hast du direkt vor der Tür einen sehr coolen und günstigen Markt. Zu dem hast du einen guten Anschluss an die Ringbahn (Sonnenalle) und der U7 - Karl Marx Strasse.
Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig und du hast einen freien Ausblick auf mehrere Hinterhöfe und grünem!
