The apartment is 70 sqm and located in the very superb area in Brüser Berg (53125 Bonn). The location is accessible by 25 minutes by BUS from the Bonn central station. 608, 609, 630 regularly runs from here. So you can find a BUS in every 10 minutes. The super shops (REWE, EDEKA, LIDL, DM are nearby 5-10 minutes walk). BUS is accessible by 3 minutes.

The apartment is in 2nd floor south facing, very bright, lots of light and air circulation. It has 2 private rooms, one big living room with dinning space and a big kitchen. The kitchen has every equipment that is required: one big fridge, one small fridge, microwave, electric oven and other kitchen utensils. The bathroom is also quite specious. There is a keller (store room) in the basement. The apartment has a
big balcony with chairs and always sunny on a sunny day. The apartment has floor heating always fixed close to 20-22 degrees. The living room is decorated with big sofa, tea table, a large television and also internet.

I am willing to offer one of my rooms (approx. 15 sqm) which I use for my work. This room has a single bed, a sofa chair with tea table, a window facing the balcony, a small carpet, extra lamps, and a regal (almira). The room is lockable. This rooms also gets lots of light. The tenant is entitled to use all the materials the apartment has including living room, kitchen, bathroom, balcony, internet, television etc.

Right now we are two adults (me and my wife, and my baby). We are liberal, friendly, and English speaker.
The apartment is intended for the short term possibly until end of April 2017. The monthly rent is EUR 320 including all charges.
