By the end of January I am leaving my lovely room at The Fizz Residence.
The studio is big very luminous and conveniently located, in front of the university, near the citizen park and the city center. Bus and tram stops are located right outside the apartment building.
It has its own kitchenette (equipped with fridge, micreowave, glass-ceramic hob etc.) and ensuite bathroom. For those who prefer living with people, The Fizz has several communal rooms, Communal kitchen with oven, TV and games where "The Fizzers" meet and have fun together.
The Fizz has also all the facilites you need: Car parking, lockable bike area, laundry room. Moreover, you can rent for free basic appliances needed to clean you studio: vacum cleaner, mop, etc.
Security cameras are located in every floor of the residence, so your safety is guarantee.
If you are looking for the best experience, The Fizz is definitely your place: Parties, movie nights, bbq and many other events are waiting for you!.
This lovely studios has around 20 square meters divided into room, kitchenette and ensuite bathroom. The distribution is really good and due to the big window, the studio looks even bigger. Regarding to heating system, it couns too with two radiators, one of the located in the bathroom and the other one in the room.
It has ensuite bathroom and kitchenette, as well as wonderful views. It has also electronic doorkeper, so if you are planning a visit, you can open the main door from your house.
It counts also with laundry room. There, you can find wasching machines as well as dryers.
Tram stops and bus stops are in front of the building.
