Ferner stehen im Keller für die Mieter Waschmaschinen und Trockner kostenfrei zur Verfügung.
Ein Fernseher ist als Option erhältlich. Für die Mieter gibt es einen schnellen Internetzugang mit WLan (bis zu 250 MBit/s), der preislich inbegriffen ist. Die Gemeinschaftsplätze werden regelmäßig von einem Putzdienst gereinigt.
Bei Bezug mit mehr als einer Person wird ein Aufpreis von 100€ pro Person berechnet. Das Apartment ist maximal mit 2 Personen belegbar. Bei Auszug fallen noch Endreinigungskosten (€167) an.
Die Mindestmietzeit ist 1 Monat, bei einem Bezug innerhalb des Monats werden die Monatsmietkosten anteilig berechnet.

The very pleasantly furnished apartment has a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink, and its own, newly renovated kitchen on 30m2. There is a large double bed (queen-size 140 * 200cm) with a high-quality barrel pocket mattress, 1 sofa, coffee table, buffet, wardrobe, a big dining / working-table, where homeoffice is no problem to do, and the fully equipped kitchen with 2 induction hotplates, microwave, espresso machine, large refrigerator -Freezer combination. The washing machines and dryers are available free of charge in the basement for all tenants.
A sat TV can be selected as an additional option. For the tenants, there is fast internet access with WiFi (up to 250 Mbit / s), which is included in the price. The community spaces are cleaned regularly by a cleaning service.
If more than one person is moving in, a surcharge of € 100 per person of the operating costs will be charged. The apartment can be occupied by a maximum of 2 people. When moving out, there are final cleaning costs (€ 167).
The minimum rental period is 1 month, if you move in within the month, the monthly rental costs are calculated proportionally.
