need a 1 room for 2 years

I look forward to renting this flatshare or apartment which at least includes private toilet and shower. Whether or not for extending long-term visa it is available? Rent time span: 2 years+1month (25months, maybe from 20-07-2017 to 29-08-2019, flexibly). Maybe in SUMMER holiday my wife (38years old) will visit me and stay there, but the travelling will more. Just occasionally live in Goettingen.

I am a Non-smoker and NOT own any pets. I will do post-doctoral research during from 01-08-2017 to 01-08-2019 at North Campus (Goldschmidtstr. 7, 37077 Goettingen). During 2010-2011, I have been stayed and studied at the University of Goettingen as an exchange Ph.D.
