Gegenüber befindet sich ein Rewe Supermarkt und ein Müllerdrogeriemarkt, sowie eine Apotheke und weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Schwimmbad Nordbad ist Fußläufig erreichbar.

Die Wohnung besteht aus einem kleinen Flur mit Einbauschrank, einem Bad mit Wanne und einem Wohn- Schlafraum mit Küchenzeile. Opposite there is a Rewe supermarket and a Müller drugstore, as well as a pharmacy and other shops.

The apartment consists of a small hallway with a built-in wardrobe, a bathroom with a tub and a living room with a kitchenette. The apartment is bright and west-facing, is rented partially furnished with a table, desk, shelf, cupboard and bed and is in a normal, but well-maintained condition. The furniture can be used or stored in the house.
The floor is newly renovated and has recently been re-laid.

The house itself has a laundry room, a small sauna and bicycle storage.
The rent is €530 plus operating costs €100 including heating. So 630€ warm.
The tenant only has to register for electricity themselves; experience here is around €30 per month.
