Orderly and quiet guy from Denmark looking for flat (apr-aug.)

Hi!

My name is Philip. I'm 24 years old and from Denmark. I'm looking for a room not too far away from LMU (Schackstraße 4, 80539 Munich) since I'll be studying a semester at LMU from April to August. I'm doing the 1st semester of my masters degree in economics here in Munich. I don't really have any requirements other that the ones stated.

As a person i'm down to earth, easygoing, and easy to be around and to live with. I'm used to sharing a flat with others and therefore know how important it is to clean up after oneself and respect the other people in the flat to have a nice atmosphere in the flat. Also I have a good ability to adapt. I'm very sociable. I speak some german meaning that I undersand a lot and have smaller conversations, and I would love to learn the language even better, so if you speak german I would perfer to speak in german :)

I'm already in Munich and would like to see the room and meet you before I decide whether to rent it or not. I'm very flexible regarding setting up a meeting!

I like doing sports (especially football), hiking in the mountains, and the nature in general. I also like going to pubs with friends to drink a quality beer!
I'm completely fine with pets and especially dogs, so if there are pets in the flat is it no problem at all.
