International Student looking for furnished accommodations in Munich

My name is Bradley and I'm a 22 year old male from the US. I will be attending TUM in the Fall as a master's student in Communications Engineering and am looking for a furnished 1 room apartment/studio for long term rent, preferably in a complex around other students.

I'd also like to request that the apartment is not more than a 30 minute commute to TUM via public transport.
I will need a unit to stay starting October 1, but I'm willing to begin renting starting September 1 to secure it.

I am clean, organized, responsible, and I have all of the necessary documents available, such as proof of health insurance, TUM admission letter, financial support (via parents), passport, etc.
