I rent my room-apartment for the summer season, June to end September, possible to extent one month more. There is a sofa- double bed, table, TV, Internet, Wash-machine, 2 closets, WC/Shower, and a balcony.
Renting price 400 euro, with 600 Deposit.
The house is a family house in a family-houses neighborhood, so it won't be suitable for people who want to have parties...
The area is one of the most well known and expensive areas in Salzburg with nice and friendly people. There is an Aldi (Hoefer) right next to it, a big gas station, a police department, plenty of parks and mountain Untersberbahn close too.
There are around 3 buses that takes you to the center or to nearby areas.

Very good location outside the city. Only 30 minutes with the bus away from the city. Taxi price from the city till home around 12 euros.
