I am a student at ETHZ who has enjoyed living in this studio apartment, and now is moving away from the city for a few months. For that reason, I am cancelling my contract, and now the apartment is free to rent. It is ideal for one person or a couple. It is extremely comfortable, and I can leave you with the furniture for a very cheap and negotiable price. The apartment has its own bathroom, bath tub, kitchen, laundry room downstairs, and balcony. Neighbors are quiet, and the studio is sound proof, so you can have friends over and dont disturb your neighbors.

The location of the apartment is amazing. There is a tram stop right in front of the apartment. Supermarkets are ideally located. Spar is located two minutes from the apartment, migros coop and denner are located 3 mintues with the tram from the apartment. You can get to Bellevue and Stadelhofen with the tram in a little more than five minutes. In Stadelhofen, you can find stores, coop that opens every day until 10 pm including Sundays, and train connections. If you enjoy running outdoors Bellevue, Zurisse and hiking paths can be reached in less than 15 minutes. If you are student, you can go to ETH in 10 minutes by bike, bus or tram. It is an amazing place where you feel close to the city, school or work and can enjoy the beauty of Switzerland.
