two bedroom apartment in charming location with sunset balcony

This is a three bed room appartement in a three familiy house, just around the corner from the International House of Exchange - the other listing I have in here. The house, also has only one right angeled corner it seams and was build around 1920. My friend says, it is the oldest house in the street. .. but, the windows, kitchen and bathroom are completely renovated. So you wallk into that old farmer wooden door and see my friends house, which has been built much later. .. you see a little dew pound. .. then you go up some stairs.. follow the creaky wooden stairs and enter your appartement. You are right were you belong.. in the kitchen, which is quite large and you find a nice sunny balcony to your left. Going through the kitchen with a lare dinning table and designer chairs :-) for up to ten people, you get to the first bed room.In here, you find a sofa-bed and one converitbel sofa-bed together with nice antique furniture and beautyfull pictures in sea theme decoration. If you continue, you get to the second bedroom with a king size bed with drwas below and a very pretty old glass shelf with awsome artbooks, lovely decorated. Also we added here an aditional convertible sofabed and another dresser. Continuing to the third bedroom, you find another big king size bed and large build in wardrobe- In here, evryone should be able to fit in their clothing.You also find the TV in here, which could e moved to another room, if prefferred. After, you cross a little hallway, which is perfect to store your lugguage. Thourgh here, you get into the very birght bathroom equiped with a washing machine, a dryer, a shower, a sink and a toilet. .. it all does not seem to be very practical, but the appartement is always up for a suprise. .. So... if you are more then a couple, you have to cross each others room, to get to either the bathroom or the kitchen, but I think, you are "old " enough or open and tolerant enough not to let you bother this.
The kitchen is fully equiped and you will find everyhting you need. Just tip us for what you have consumed.. would be very appreciated.
For healthy food, you can get many of the fruits and vegetables which grow in the field simply by visitng us on Saturdays, because this is market day.
To explain you more what we can offer it is easer to let you know, that we have two children and sometimes my mum’s dog visiting us. Therefore we can offer baby equipment when needed and even supplies for the dog.
