Die Wohnung liegt im 15. Bezirk, direkt an der U3 Station Johnstraße. Man ist somit in 5 min auf der Mariahilfer und in 10 Minuten am Stephansplatz. In nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man Schloss Schönbrunn und dessen schöne Parkanlage.
Ebenso vor der Haustüre befindet sich die Busstation 10A, die Straßenbahnlinie 49 ist 3 Gehminuten entfernt.
Gleich gegenüber der Wohnung befindet sich der Meiselmarkt mit zahlreichen Marktständen aber auch DM, Spar, Conrad, Apotheke und Hofer. Am Samstag Vormittag gibt es immer Bauernmarkt.

Due to the great subway connection you are on Mariahilfer Straße in 5 min and on Stephansplatz in 10 min. Schloss Schönbrunn with its great park is 15 min by feet. Additionally to U3, there is a Bus and tram station as well.
Right across the street is a market and shops, including Spar, DM, Hofer, Conrad, Pharmacy. Basically all you need is in front of the main door.

Ich wohne mittlerweile schon seit 10 Jahren in meiner süßen kleinen Wohnung und will sie für die 6 Monate gerne in guten Händen wissen. Ich suche eine/n ordentliche/n vertrauensvolle/n Zwischenmieter/in der/die sorgsam mit der Wohnung umgeht und sauber hält.
Rauchen in der Wohnung nicht erwünscht!

Die Miete versteht sich als Kaltmiete Inklusive WLAN.
