Hi, I am looking for an apartment/flat/house.
The requirement of the accommodation: I would prefer it has two bedrooms. There will be two adults and a two-year old baby. It would be nice if pets are allowed in the house because my son loves dogs. We plan to adopt a cute peppy for him. I am looking for an accommodation that are not shared with others. We hope that it has one diner room and one living room. An open kitchen area would be preferred. The requirement of the place: I hope it is close to the transportation, or close to Helmholtz Centre Berlin-Adlershof. I will work there for three years. If the place is nice and clean, I will consider a long-term lease. Right now, I only consider a short-term lease. We think that the neighborhood is very important. A clean and safe neighborhood is strongly required.
Some information about us: We are non-smokers. We love peace and quite. We will keep a good shape of the property.
The expected move-in date is this September.
