Though only a stone throw away, due to a poor public bus service from Belgium to Germany I strongly recommend a car or at least a motocycle.

From today onwards and within 8 km or 15 minutes respectively from the Uniklinik of Aachen University I let one room - the one which is left - of a fully equipped, detached house. The house is located in a superb parc (Parc des Trois Frontières, 4851 Gemmenich, Belgien), from which you get without a single traffic light or pile-up to Aachen.

The house comes with three bedrooms (one bunk bed in the first, a kingsize in the second and a single bed in the third), a livingroom with open fire and a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower cabinet and a terrace with a breathtaking view!. To make you fell at home, there is triple SAT-TV with almost any language.

I rent the house per room or as well as a complete unit on short and on long term basis res.

A single room costs 350€ per month (duration one month) plus bills for electricity.
