Looking for a WG near pont or Uniklinik ab 01.04.15

I am Guangxin Ma from China. I am 27 years old. I am a PhD student in Uniklinik. Now I am looking for a WG or Appartment near Pont or Uniklinik. I want to have a long-term WG or Appartment rented from 01.04.15.

I want my room with minimun 15m2 and it would be better with 20m2. The maximum warm-rent would be 550 EURO. I want my room to be furnished. If necessary, I can nach the furniture that I do need. It's better if it is easy to park a car nearby cause I want to buy a car later.If I have a roommate, I want my roommate to be nice and be easy-going cause I do like communicating with others.

For me, I am an outgoing man and I like making friends with others. I like doing fitness and I have already joined the membership of WOF in Pont stresse. I am busy during workdays and I want to have fun during weekends.

But unfortunately, I cannot speak Deutsch now and I am just preparing to learn it.
