one room shared in an apartment with fun people - from beginning of april

am doing an exchange program at rwth, am from east jerusalem,Palestine, looking forward for a fun semester yet not expensive :D am looking for (less than 300 euro ) rent from the beginning of april
am 22 years old, i prefer an apartment where i can smoke but thats not critical. a peaceful environment yet not very quite, i appreciate interactions with flatmates ( cooking, drinking, going out...)
i can cook,bake, try to jam along, and socialize :) ( and clean! )
a private room is preferred
not sure of exact date of departure ( somewhere july-september ) if its important to know we can decide on that.
