2 min walk from 2 metro stations and bus stop. Plenty of supermarkets closer by. 20 min walk from the beach. Quiet area.

we are 2 friendly people (a girl and a guy). Students of master degree and workers too. We do not have any problem to talk spanish or english language at home.
