We\'re looking for a new housemate to move in by August 15th (earlier is possible).
You would be sharing a 3-bedroom apartment with 2 friendly, helpful German guys in their 20s, who both have a good sense of humor. Andi is currently a graduate student and Juri has finished school and is working now.
We would prefer our new housemate to be female, and we also welcome people who have moved here from another country.
The apartment is very close to Frankfurter Allee Ubahn/Sbahn Station, and also all the attractions of Friedrichshain: the flea market and farmers marker at Boxhagener Platz, clubs and bars on Revelerstrasse, and tons of great restaurants.
The room is huge, with wood floors and a balcony, and lots of lovely morning sunlight. It\'s furnished with a bed, a couch, and shelves.
The monthly rent is 350 euros and there\'s a 300 euro deposit. Wireless internet and utilities are included.

Buscamos a una compañera de piso, la habitación tiene aproximadamente 22 metros cuadrados, una teraza y mucha luz. El techo de la habitación es alto y con estuco, el suelo es de madera. El cuarto viene amueblado con lo más necesario: una cama matrimonia, un sofá y una estantería.

El piso está en pleno Friedrichshain y sólo está a uno o dos minutos de la estación S+U-Frankfurter Allee andando.

El aquiler de 350 € incluye teléfono e internet de tarifa plana (y todos los demás gastos ;-) ). El cuarto esta libre a partier de 15. de agosto, pero si te gusta más te puedes instalar hasta 2 semanas más tarde.
