Nice bright room for sublet available from 1st October. The room has around 20 square meters and rent is 550 Euros including all costs (Internet, Heating, Electricity) and is fully furnished with bed, wardrobe, shelf, a sofa, curtains, bedside table. We have a professional cleaner who is coming every two weeks and we then split the costs (12 Euros an hour) for the common spaces.
We are looking for someone who can stay longer, would do the contract first for 6 Months and if it turns out well we can extend it. Please do not contact us if you want to rent out short term or want to move in as a couple.

Fatih (36 years) is a Berlin local and is finishing his PhD in Social Anthropology.
Javiera (28 years) is from Chile and teaches English and works in a restaurant part-time.
We are looking for someone fulfilling these criteria:
- minimum age 28 Years
- open-minded, spontaneous, friendly
- social and communicative
- working person/ graduate student
- open for regular common activities e.g. cooking, cultural activities, drinking, etc.
- respecting each other's space but still be social and friendly
- no smoking in the flat
- no pets
- no couples
The deposit of 1000 Euros have to be paid by signing the contract and you will get it back when you move out.

The building is very close to Hermannplatz Station where you will find the U-Bahn (U7, U8) and various busses (M29, M41, 194, 171). You reach most central locations within 20 minutes from there.
Nearby the flat you will find various Supermarkets (Netto, Aldi, Edeka, Penny), Turkish supermarkets, bakeries, drugstores (DM and Rossmann) and a Karstadt.
You have immediate access to various banks (Sparkasse, Deutsche Bank, Postbank, Volksbank) and plenty of restaurants, cafés and bars in the neighbourhoods around as the location is very close to all popular neighbourhoods in the area of Kreuzberg and Neukölln (Kotti, Weserstr., Graefestr., Schillerpromenade, Bergmannstr.).
Green areas and parks such as Hasenheide, Tempelhofer Feld and the pretty Landwehrkanal are very easy to each within 5-15 walking distance.
