Because of transition time in our 3-years old WG in the heart of Kreuzberg, we have one wonderful huge sunny room for short term rent in a fully furnished last-floor flat from now till the 30th October (full period rent possible or by week).
Something about us: Michel (31 years old, German) living since 2 years in Berlin, lover of all sports and healthy food (sometimes vegan and paleo) and finding how to realize his dream of a an own sailing school; Joanna (27 years old, Polish) just came to Berlin as a trainee in fashion marketing will be happy to share this experience with you; Adam and Atila, a polish-spanish hyper dynamic couple with whom the conversation will never be boring, which enjoying berliner life before a long trip in some exothic destinations.
The flat is situated in the Gräfekiez, our favorite quarter in Berlin, laid back and with a lot of nice cafes, restaurants and bars. It's very spacious (250 qm² / 2700 sqft) and -- as it is in the 5th floor -- you have a great look over Berlin and can climb on the roof. We have a huge (23 qm² / 247sqft) well equipped kitchen that makes feel like to cook, a living room, a beautiful bath-room and an extra toilet. Moreover, there is also a nice balcony where to enjoy the first autumn sun! Besides having a cosy home we like to have it clean. That works quite easy because everyone is taking some responsibility.
The room will have very basic furniture (mattress, table+chair, and wardrobe), if you wish, but can also be left unfurnished. Here are the details: it's an amazingly big room (35 mq2) with 9 windows, some directly on the 5 m high ceiling, where you can admire the clouds passing laying down on your bed;-). We'll rent for this short period until the end of October (25 days) for 300 Euros or for 100 euros per week (all included). If you are looking for a temporary wonderful spot where to stay in Berlin and are interested to live here with us, please send us an email asap via craigslist to get more informations-- it would be great to get some information about you as well!
