Hallo,

wir suchen einen vertrauenswuerdigen Zwischenmieter fuer unsere WG! Der Mitbewohner ist ein frischgebackener Hochschulabsolvent um die 30, unsere WG nicht mit irgendwelchen Zwaengen belegt! Das Zimmer ist moebliert, TV gibt es keines, jedoch koennen wir euch auf Wunsch einen TV-Stick fuer euren Laptop dalassen! Das Zimmer kann(fast) jederzeit besichtigt werden, bis zum 6.8. muesst ihr dafuer aber Englischkenntnisse mitbringen, dabis dahin nur meine Frau zuhause ist, aber dem 6.8. abends kann ich euch auch auf deutsch weiterhelfen.
Telefonisch ist meine Frau unter ----/------- (engl.) zu erreichen (Mi+Do bis 13:30, Fr ab 16:00, Sa bis 17:00 und die restlichen Tage immer). Mich selbst koennt Ihr jederzeit anrufen unter ----/-------.

The atmosphere in our flat is very relaxed with no duties for you. The room itself is furnished, TV is not available, but if you want we can leave a TV-stick for your notebook in there.
