Die vor kurzem renovierte schöne Wohnung befindet sich ganz in der Nähe der U-Bahn Blaschkoallee (genau 3 Minuten zu Fuß). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: 3 Supermärkte (Aldi/Netto/Lidl) mit nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen + Riesiges Einkaufzentrum "Gropius-Passagen" mit Kaufland 3 Stationen mit der U-Bahn entfernt + Real mit 2 Stationen in Neukölln entfernt. Pizzeria, Dönerladen, Bäckerei, Tanzschule, Grünanlage und Tennisplatz befinden sich ganz in der nähe (2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen).

Das Zimmer ist etwas klein, gemütlich, ruhig, hell und voll möbliert: Tisch vom Hotel Adlon, Holzbett mit Matratze, Decken, Kissen, Lampe, Miniregal, Kleiderständer, Stuhl usw. Alles, was man gewöhnlich in einem Zimmer braucht, ist schon vorhanden. Im Gegensatz zu vielen Küchen bietet unsere Küche viel Platz zum Kochen. Das Zimmer und die Küche gehen auch auf den Garten hinaus. Hinter der Wohnung befindet sich eine grüne Anlage. Telefon auf Festnetz ist kostenlos nicht nur in Deutschland, sondern in Europa/USA/Kanada/Australien. Internet mit W-Lan funktioniert sehr gut und schnell.

Wer bin ich? Ich bin 26 Jahre alt (männlich), Franzose, wohne in Berlin seit 3 Jahren und studiere Philologie auf Lehramt an der Freien Universität. Zudem arbeite ich als Lehrer. Ich habe in anderen Ländern gewohnt und schöne Erfahrungen gemacht. Ich spiele Gitarre, mag Clueso (besonders das Lied "mitnehmn"). Meine Mitbewohnerin ist 21 und macht ein Praktikum in einer Firma in Kreuzberg. Sie ist ein sehr netter Mensch. Mit ihr zu wohnen ist sehr angenehm.

The apartment has recently been renovated and is located in a quite beautiful area of Neukölln, very close to the subway U-Bahn-Blaschkoallee (just 3 minutes walk!). 3 supermarkets (Lidl, Netto, Aldi) are very near the appartment (3 minutes walk). A huge commercial center ist just 3 stations away from our house. Pizzeria, Kebab shop, bakery, parc, drink shop and tennis court are all within very easy walking distance of the appartment.

The room is a bit small, vey cozy, bright, completely furnished (desk from the famous Adlon Hostel, bed with mattress, chair, pillow, lamp, wadrobe etc.). In comparison to many kitchens in Berlin, the kitchen offers enough place to cook and live. Your room and the kitchen look out on the garden. Behind the house is a green area. You can phone for free on fixed line network everywhere (flatrare) in Europe/USA/Canada/Australia.

El apartamento ha sido recientemente renovado y está situado en una zona muy bonita de Neukölln, muy cerca del metro U-Bahn-Blaschkoallee (sólo 3 minutos andando). 3 supermercados (Lidl, Netto, Aldi) están muy cerca del apartamento (3 minutos andando) + un centro commercial muy grande "Gropius-Passage" con Kaufland situado 3 estaciones de metro + Supermercado Real dos estaciones de metro. Pizzeria, Tienda Kebab , panadería, parque y pista de tenis están a muy poca distancia andado del apartamento.

La habitación es pequeña, acogedora, luminosa y amueblada (mesa del famoso hotel adlon, cama, colchón, silla, almohada, lámpara, sábanas etc). A diferencia de muchas cocinas en Berlín, la cocina tiene bastante espacio para cocinar y vivir y da al jardín ya que detrás de la casa se encuentra una zona verde. Puedes llamar gratis por teléfono por la red fija en toda la Uniön Europea, en los EEUU, Canada y Australia.

L'appartamento è stato recentemente rinnovato e è situato in una zona molto bella di Neukölln, molto vicino alla metropolitana U-Bahn-Blaschkoallee (a soli 3 minuti a piedi). 3 supermercati (Lidl, Aldi, Netto) sono molto vicino all'appartamento (3 minuti!). Uno dei centri commerciali più grandi di Berlino si trova a 3 stazioni della casa con la metropolitana. Pizzeria, "negozio" di Kebab, 2 panifici, parco e campo da tennis sono tutti facilmente raggiungibili a piedi dall'appartamento.

La stanza è piccola, accogliente, luminosa, ammobiliata (tavola, sedia, letto, materasso, lampada, coperta, cuscino ecc). A contrario di molte cucine a Berlino, la cucina ha abbastanza spazio e da sul giardino poiché dietro della casa c'è una zona verde. Inoltre, puoi chiamare per la linea fissa in tutta la Unione Europea, negli Stati Uniti, Canada, Australia.
