I rent my room for 18 days, between the 25th of August & the 11th of September.

It's a really nice and sunny room, with good energies in it and with a balcony - which looks like a garden, full of tomatoes.
It's a bit noisy, I have to say, it's in Emserstrasse, at Hermannstrasse U + S bahn, and if you don't like the hard mattress, just forget!

The flat is 95m², with a living room, a bathroom, a kitchen, an office and the room of my friend/ flatmate. It will have Céline in it, a really great french women 34 years old, artist.

Please only answer if you want the room for ALL the period.
