Hey liebe Touristen, Zwischenmiete-Sucher und Berlin-Liebhaber!
Hey dear tourists, short-time-home-seakers and Berlin-Lovers!
Ich bin Laura und suche noch jemanden, der mein WG-Zimmer für knapp 2 Wochen –
oder auch nur einige Tage - bewohnen mag. Damit es mehr verstehen, fahre ich auf Englisch fort:
I'm Laura and I'm searching for someone who wants to live in my room for 2 weeks – or some days.
I spontaneously got the possibility to move in a new flat. For not having to pay the rent for both rooms, I'd now love to rent my beautiful old room to a nice person or a cool couple. It's fully furnished and of course you can use the kitchen, washing machine etc. as well. You'd share the apartment with my sweet brother, who's one of the most loveable persons in the world! A friend is moving in on the beginning of May, so it's only available till then.
The room is bright and peaceful, 16 sqm, it's close to Treptower Park and Sonnenallee. I took the pictures at night and with a very bad camera, but it should give you an idea of how it looks.
If you don't know Berlin/the area to well:
Despite to all rumours Neukölln is safe and nice - especially in this corner. You can quickly walk to the (Treptower) Park or Maybachufer, as well as to Sonnenallee and Karl-Marx-Straße for having the multi-culti-city-feeling. You can also take the Bus, or the S-Bahn (so called “Ringbahn“) at Station „Treptower Park“ or „Sonnenallee“. There are several supermarkets around the corner and also “Spätis“, which are opened about 24 hours each day. There are many nice bars in the area (f.e. in "Weserstraße"), and you can also be quickly at Clubs like Renate (Salon zur wilden Renate), About:Blank or everything else on Ostkreuz, as well as at Badeschiff (you really can swimm there!), Chalet, Club der Visionäre. If you don't like clubs you can just enjoy the silence apartment and it's Kiez/area, which gives you the possibility to choose what you want.
The rent depends on the term.
From 22/04/ - 03/05/ 120 € (12 days a 10 €)
From 22/04/ - 30/04/ 110 € ( 9 days a 12,22 €)
Shorter periods about 15 € a day for singles and about 25 € for couples. The longer you rent it the cheaper it gets!!! ;)
