A beautiful 86 sqm apartment in Neukoelln in Wildenbruchstrasse, walking distance to the canal. The apartment has two bedrooms which are separated by a big Berliner Living room. In addition there is a guests toilet so that basically each room has its own toilet. However the bathroom is a shared bathroom.
The apartment is in the front house in the second floor of a typical berliner apartment building. Near the apartment there are a number of bus stops, of which one goes to the airport Schoenefeld (NOT Tegel). Within walking distance you have the U-Bahnhof Rathaus Neukoelln where you can catch a U-Bahn and explore Berlin without a car.
If someone wants to bring an animal, I suppose that would be most likely a dog, this, in general is not allowed but can be discussed beforehand.
Please note; electricity is NOT included

To Rathaus Neukoelln I walk around 10 minutes but it depends on your pace. Ofcourse it does :-)
I am the owner of the apartment and am renting out the two rooms separately. There are two people looking after the apartment and although I dont live there I can easily be reached by email, phone or Whatsapp. Whoever gets the first room can ofcourse also have a word as to who moves in but I do state that it is still my decision and I am happy to hear your opinion but if I disagree than we have to see how to deal with it. My interest is that the apartment is taken good care of and that is why I rent out the rooms individually to keep my ability to have access to the apartment.
I am the owner, however there are two people looking after the apartment. One lives in the same building and one is taking care if something is broken or needs to be done.
If you are interested in the room I will require proof of Identity and we would obviously make a contract together. I have become extremely cautious as I had rented out my apartment through Airbnb and guests had downloaded movies from the internet which resulted in thousands of Euros in fines. So whoever rents the room will be asked to sign an document, that he/she will obey to the law and will not download movies/music or anything that has a copyright on it or that is illegal.
