Hey there,
in general it is Lena and me living in the flat. we know each other since shool.
we are both quite pusy (Lena "was" working, i work and write my Mastertheses) but also enjoing time together.
There are 4 rooms 3 big (16-24m2) and the smal one 8m² (1,45*5,7m)
our third flatmate Dominik moved out. To be hornest, becouse of the room.
It is smal, not very sunny and not very noise protected.
But we want to keep the thierd big room with the balkony as a living room to have a meetup point and space for dinner with friends ....
So i thing you have to be fine withe the tougt that your room is mainly a Bedroom and fore everything else you will prefere the nice kitchen ore livingroom;-)
Lena is goinig to travel until September.
So Claudia (we allready know her) is going to live in her room until Lenas return. And we offered her the smal room after that. Thats why the room offer is in the moment limited until End of August. But who knows...
The costs of the flat are fearly shared, also the fridge;-)
U7 and Ringbahn (S- sonnenallee and S-U Neukölln) are close.
Supermarkets and everything else to.
The lovely Richardplatz is realy close.
As allways the offer comes spontaneously, so we will invite some people in the next days.
There is some basic furniture in the room, Mattress... you are free to use it ore your own. There is also a secound level, Dominik used it to sleep there.
We have a ("cleaning plan"?) so you should be ok with doing something constantly.
We live there since about one year, and since Dominik moved out we need to put some effort in making the livingroom and nice again. I just finished the balkony, so know we have a nice place for breakfast ore wine on a summer evening.
As allways the offer comes spontaneously, so we will invite some people in the next days.

We are very sorry to refugees and everyone else who need a official Contract from the owner, we allready tryed it. But our Landlord dont give us a permission to rent the third room (we dont know why!?). So we can sing you as usual a subrenting contract by our own. but that is not enough for a rent, payed by the governant. and sometimes also not enough to do the anmeldung.
