Ich (34), mein Sohn (12) und meine Mitbewohnerin Karo(22) suchen ab 1.August eine neue MitbewohnerIn für 1 freiwerdendes Zimmer (20 qm für 300,- u. alles incl.).
Wir suchen jemanden, der Freude am Zusammenwohnen mit Kindern hat. Uns ist es sehr wichtig, dass nur Leute einziehen, die Nichtraucher sind!!!
Das Zimmer verfügt über einen Balkon, ist grundsätzlich sehr hell und geht zur Prenzlauer Allee raus. !!! A B E R MOMENTAN WIRD IN UNSEREM HAUS SANIERT, WAS BEDEUTET, DASS UNSER HAUS EINGERÜSTET WIRD UND ES INNERHALB DER WOCHE TAGSÜBER LAUT SEIN KANN !!! Ansonsten haben wir eine süße Küche, in der wir gerne auch Gäste zum Abendbrot (meist Biovegetarisch) einladen, eine Dusche und ne Badewanne, eine europaweite Telefonflatrate und DSL-Flatrate.
Karo ist Hutmacherin, ich studiere derzeit Umwelt&Bildung im Fernstudium und hab einen Minijob als Grafikerin und in meiner Freizeit geh ich gerne Tango tanzen.

Me (34), my son (12) and my roommate Karo(22) are looking for a new roommate from august 1 for our free room (20 sqm for 300,- all incl.).
We are looking for someone who can enjoy living together with children.
For us it ist very important that only nonsmoker move in with us!!!
The room has a balcony, which is on Prenzlauer Allee and actually bright.
! ! ! B U T AT THE MOMENT OUR HOUSE IS UNDER CONSTRUCTIONS. SO DURING THE WEEK IT CAN HAPPEN, THAT IT WILL BE SOMETIMES LOUDER DURING THE DAYTIME. ! ! !
Apart from that we have a very sweet kitchen where we like to invite people for dinner (mostly organic and vegetarian), a shower and a bathtub, a flatrate for phone and internet.
Karo is a milliner and I am working on my master thesis for environmental education at the moment.
I also work as a graphic designer and in my spare time I love to go out for tango dancing.
