ich suche eine Mitbewohnerin für meine WG auf Zeit ab sofort.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Prenzlauer Berg, sehr zentral gelegen, trotzdem ruhig und hat eine sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung: in 8 min ist man an der S- und U-Bahn Schönhauser Allee (U2, Ringbahn Tram M1) und in ca. 10min an der S-Bahn Bornholmerstr. Vor der Haustür bindet sich der Arnim-Platz, ein kleiner Park, und in unmittelbarer Nähe finden sich zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermärkte, Spätis und die Schönhauser Allee Arkaden).

Das Zimmer wird zum 1.3. frei und kann zur Zwischenmiete bis 10.3. gemietet werden. Das Zimmer ist teilmöbliert, es befindet sich ein Bett, zwei Couchstühle,ein Couchtisch, ein Expeditregal (2x4), eine Kleiderstange und ein Nachtschrank in dem Zimmer.

Ich selbst bin Studentin, 25 Jahre alt und wohne seit ca. 5 Jahren im Prenzlauer Berg.

Wenn Du an dem Zimmer interessiert bist, kannst Du es gerne besichtigen. Ich freue mich von Dir zu hören.

Die Fotos entsprechen nicht ganz der aktuellen Optik des Raumes. Alles was an der Wand ist gibt es nicht mehr, bezüglich der Möbel befinden sich die oben beschriebenen Dinge dort.

The flat is located in Prenzlauer Berg, very central but in a quiet street with a great traffic connection.
It is a 8 min. walk to S- and U-Bahn Schönhauser Allee, where the Ringbahn, U2 and Tram goes and a 10 min. walk to S-Bahn Bornholmer Str.

Right in Front of the house is a small and nice park - Arnim-Platz - and close by there are several shopping options: supermarkets, the mall Schönhauer Arkaden and lots of nice restaurants, bars and cafes.

Furthermore it is a 10 minutes walk to Mauerpark.

The room is furnished with a single bed, 2 armchairs, a desk, a small table, a bedside cabinet, a shelf and a clothes rail.

The room is available from march 1st till march 10th.
