The reason the rent is so reasonable is that we are looking for someone who wants to take care of our two cute, friendly black cats for this time frame. Feed them, deal with litter box and play with them.
The room has two levels, very high ceilings, big windows and lots of light. Completely furnished. Northern exposure. Marble bathroom with skylight and washing machine. Fully furnished kitchen with dishwasher.
Quiet apartment with lots of privacy. 10 nights for 175 euros plus 175 deposit. 350 total.
Convenient location in a cute commercial and residential area. 2 minutes from U-Bahn, S-Bahn and tram stop at Schönhauser Allee (U2, S-Bahn Ring and M1 tram). ISDN, W-LAN fast connection.
We keep the apartment very clean, neat and quiet. So, no parties, please. Great for a researcher, grad student, scholar, teacher, etc. For security reasons, we will need a copy of your passport.
No pets, no smoking and no parties, bitte.

We are both self-employed and often work from home. We don't expect to have meals with renters but we sometimes do it. We would prefer no overnight guests.
