We have a built-in kitchen including a stove, sink, baking oven, microwave and dishwasher. Washing machine is also there. All additional costs are included in the 447€ rent with water, electricity, internet etc. Our dishwasher is broken recently and we will both need to buy a new one together. Also you will need to contribute with a one-off payment of 100€ for our recently purchased washing machine. .

I'm currently looking for a flat for myself. So for the future you could take over the flat and there is the option to take my bigger room with 17m2 and looking for another roomie for the other room.
