I am leaving this lovely wg in the heart of Prenzlauerberg due to finally finding my own flat (wee!) so this room will be available starting on 1.3 (possibly a day or two earlier, depending on your situation) until August at least, with the possibility of staying longer.
The room is about 16 square meters on the top floor of the building with a skylight in the ceiling ~ I have not tried but I think you can climb onto the roof if you get a ladder? Where there's a will, there's a way! And yeah it's the 5th floor, there's no lift yet, but trust me your glutes will be so fit after living here for a week so go ahead and cancel that gym membership
The flat is cozy, charming, filled with light and great rooftop views, has a fully-functioning kitchen, bathroom with laundry machine (also with skylight!) and a balcony through the other bedroom. This is a relaxed, open-minded and welcoming wg shared with two other sweet people who are also in their mid-twenties. You are a few minutes' walk from the M2 and the M10 and a 7 minute walk to the SBahn Prenzlauer Allee station. Bio markets galore and Penny's right down the street, parks everywhere, loads of shops and bookstores, you know the drill
Unfortunately, getting an anmeldung here is not possible :/
Monthly rent is 290€ + about 30€ in utilities so around 320€, give or take 5 depending on usage? Rent will be due immediately upon move-in. Females are preferred.
((**Please note: the room is partially furnished with chairs and some cabinets, & an ikea sofa bed couch [desk and lamps will be gone]. The bed + mattress were purchased brand new in October for 370€ by a previous tenant who asks that whoever wants to move in to please agree to purchase the bed + mattress (in excellent condition) for 225€ obo**))

The flat is super close to the Prenzlauer Allee/Danziger Str. M10 station and right next to the Fröbelstr. M2 station. It's a 7 minutes' walk to the Prenzlauer Allee SBahn station where you can get the ring to pretty much anywhere in the city. 15 minutes to Alex, 20 to Fhain.
You will be living with Jenny and Ahmad. They are very friendly, kind, and welcoming people ~ there are often meals and conversation shared in the flat in German, English, and Arabic. This is a chilled WG that balances personal privacy and a warm home dynamic :)
Interviews will be held on Sunday, February 26th from 1-5pm in the afternoon.
