Hey Leute,
ich suche Mieter/In für mein WG-Zimmer in Düsseldorf Bilk. Das Zimmer kostet monatlich 380€ (warm, incl. Strom, Heizung, Internet, Wasser, Waschmaschine usw). Das Zimmer verfügt über einen schönen Balkon.

Das Zimmer ist möbliert inkl Schrank, Bett, Schreibtisch und Stuhl. Auf Anfrage kann ich auch Bettwäsche zu Verfügung stellen. Die WG verfügt über eine Küche mit Kühl-Gefrierkombination, Herd und Backofen. Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Die Fenster sind groß und hoch. Der Bodenbelag ist helles Laminat.

This room newly renovated and furnished with bed, desk, chair, closet and lamps. If required, beddings could be provided. The window is big and high,

so it makes the room bright during the daytime. The floor of the room is laminate. The rent is 380€ (including costs for electricity, WLAN internet, water, washing machine and heater).
This apartment is equipped with kitchen including refrigerator-freezer, Stove and oven. Washing machine and Wifi connection is provided.
 
Lage:
Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. In nur 2 Minuten erreicht man S-Bahn Station Volksgarten(S1, S6, S68) und Tram 706. Mit S-Bahn errecht man in 2 Minuten(nur eine Station) den Hauptbahnhof.

This room has very good connections to all parts of the city with the public transport system. It takes 2 minutes walk to the S-Bahn Station Volksgarten(S1, S6, S68) or Tram 706. Then with S-Bahn it takes 2 minutes to Düsseldorf main railway station (Düsseldorf Hbf).
