I am moving out of my room in the WG and looking for someone who would takeover my contract. The rent is 646€, everything included. Here are some further details: The room offered is at a flat, including 6 profesionals who are working in companies such as Moody's, KPMG, William Blair, BNP Paribas, Morgan Stanley and Natixis. The athmosphere at this flat is very positive and friendly. In the weekdays it is usually quiet since people are tired from work but in the weekends people often meet in the living room and then have dinner together and sometimes go out. Also in summer times, they do barbecue in the balcony with the view of the skylines and enjoy the nice weather outside. Additionally, once you move in, you will not need to take care of most of the usual things. There is a cleaning lady coming twice a week and cleaning up the common areas (living room and 3 bathrooms), there is a washing machine, drying machine and dish machine. So you will not have to pay any extra charge in order to do laundry. Also since it is located in the city center (very close to Alte Oper and one street behind An der Welle), you will save a lot of money from the transportation.
