Request of rent from 20/12/2016 to 28/2/2017 of a Visiting student from China, Garching

My name is ZHU Jiangong, Male ,26 years old, I am a PHD visiting student in TUM from China, I want to rent A room from 20/12/2016 to 28/2/2017 in Garching.
Because i need to study in TUM (Garching), so i want to rent the room in Garching better. And most of my time will be in the school. i do not drink, do not smoke. And i can keep clean and quiet.
