"Ich bin Andi, 23 Jahre alt und komme ab Oktober aus Süddeutschland nach Graz, um meinen Master in südosteuropäischer Geschichte zu machen. In meiner Freizeit bin ich gerne in den Bergen unterwegs, beim Klettern, Radfahren oder im Winter auf Skitour."

"Ich bin die Jasmin, 20 Jahre alt und werde im Zimmer 2 sein ab Oktober, da ich mein BWL Studium anfangen werde. Ich mag es sehr zu reisen, bin sehr gerne mit Freunden unterwegs und mag es auch mal sportlich aktiv zu sein. :) Außerdem gehe ich total in einem Spieleabend auf - wo ich mich freuen würde, die auch mal in der WG zu haben. Ich bin ein sehr geselliger Mensch, brauche aber natürlich auch mal meine Zeit für mich! Vielleicht sehen wir uns ja ganz bald!"

"Ich bin David, 26 Jahre alt, komme ursprünglich aus Tirol und wohne dann ab Oktober im Zimmer 4, da im Oktober mein Masterstudium Global Studies - Wirtschaft und Umwelt in Graz startet. Ich bin sportlich, naturverbunden und verbringe gerne Zeit draußen. :)
V.a. Natursportarten wie Surfen, Klettern, Mountainbiken, Schwimmen, Skien, Slacklining usw. feier ich sehr. :)
Außerdem liebe ich es zu reisen und neue Leute kennenzulernen.
Ich bin aufgeschlossen, unkompliziert und jederzeit für ein nettes Gespräch, Getränk etc. zu haben, genieße manchmal aber auch meine Privatsphäre. :)"

"I am Andi, 23 years old, and I will be coming from Southern Germany to Graz in October to pursue my Master's degree in Southeast European History. In my free time, I enjoy being in the mountains, whether it's climbing, cycling, or going on ski tours in the winter."

"I am Jasmin, 20 years old, and I'll be in room 2 starting from October as I'll be starting my business administration studies. I really enjoy traveling, spending time with friends, and being active in sports from time to time. :) Additionally, I absolutely love game nights - and I'd be thrilled to have some of those in the shared flat. I'm a very sociable person but, of course, I also need my alone time sometimes! Maybe we'll see each other very soon!"

"I am David, 26 years old, originally from Tyrol, and starting from October, I will be living in room 4, as my Master's program in Global Studies - Business and Environment will begin in Graz. I am active, nature-loving, and enjoy spending time outdoors. :)
Especially nature sports like surfing, climbing, mountain biking, swimming, skiing, slacklining, etc. I really enjoy. :)
Additionally, I love to travel and meet new people.
I am open-minded, uncomplicated, always up for a nice conversation, drink, etc., but sometimes I also value my privacy. :)"

In der großen Wohnküche gibt es neben dem Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, einen E-Herd und einen Geschirrspüler. Im Badezimmer gibt es eine Waschmaschine. Die Eck-Couch mit Couchtisch, der Esstisch, die Küche, das Badezimmer und die Toilette stehen allen zur Verfügung. Badezimmer und Toilette sind getrennt. Weitere Möbel, Vorhänge, Utensilien etc. stehen zur Verfügung und können auf Wunsch verwendet bzw. ausgetauscht werden. Im nur für Bewohner zugänglichen Hof gibt es einen überdachten Fahrradabstellplatz. Die Wohnung hat in Summe 107m².

Die Miete beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten und sonstigen Kosten (Betriebskosten, Heizkosten, Stromkosten, sowie die Kosten für das Internet).

The kitchen features a fridge with freezer, an E-Stove, and a dishwasher. In the bathroom, there is a washing machine. A couch and a couch table as well as a dinner table, the kitchen, the bathroom, and the toilette are available for everybody. Additional furniture, curtains, accessories etc. are available and can be used or changed if wished for. In the courtyard is a covered bicycle lot, which is just accessible by residents. The bathroom and the toilette are separate. The flat is 107m² big.

The rent includes all other costs (operating costs, heating costs, electricity costs, as well as the costs for the internet).
