Short rent for 1-3 month, staying time could be discussed!
November 20-December 20 short rent is also welcome.
The apartment is newly and fully furnished in Summer 2013. My husband and I live there. We travel often on business trip, therefore we would like to rent the spare room to someone who is studying or having internship/Pratikum in Hamburg.
From December 2015 we will be traveling, therefore we can offer you the room and actually the whole apartment for most of the time. In exchange of extra space, we would like to ask the renter to feed our cat and clean her waste when we are not around. Exact period could be further discussed depending on your stay- so the dates could be flexible between Nov 20.- Feb 20
You will have a 15 m2 room for yourself, and access to kitchen, bathroom, living room and balcony. Your room is with a big high bed, size 140*200cm(see photo), big window with sunlight. Our apartment also has a private "garden" for 150m2, feel free to use it!
The apartment is in between U3 Mundsburg and Alster lake. Walk to lake or U3 is about 10 mins.
There's also bus M25 in 2 mins walk, which takes you to metro U1 and S1/S11 in 10 minutes. Bus 172/ 173 is also 2 mins walk.
We have a cat in the apartment, therefore we hope having someone who is experienced with cat or likes cat to stay with us. If you are the right person, who is also able to help taking care of our cat when we are both away from Hamburg, we would be glad to offer you discount on the rent.
