The flat is currently occupied by myself Tom (choreographer) and Tia (dancer/ teacher) Annka (Student from Germany) and Sophie (Dancer) we have 1 room available. There is a shared Lounge, Bathroom and Kitchen. We found this website from a german friend who stayed with us. Many people have stayed in this house from all over the world.
Lage: 1 min from St James st station (15 mins to Liverpool Street),
8 mins walk from Blackhorse Rd Tube on the Victoria line (17 mins to kings x) Sonstiges: 4 rooms available in large house in Walthamstow, £100 per week, this includes all bills, council tax, broadband, TV, electricity etc.
Deposit is 1 months rent. Choreographer Tom Dale has a room in the house but he is almost never there. There is a big shared lounge and roof terrace also. |
