we have a big room available in a really nice flat. It has heigh ceilings, all good sized rooms and a lovely airy feel to it!! The room comes furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and a wardrobe. And there is plenty of space to put a desk in!

The flat is in a very pretty and safe area. There is the metropolitain line, jubilee line and night busses just 7 min walk away. If you prefer the overground (one stop to Euston), then that’s also just 8 min walk away). For shopping there is a huge Sainsbury in the O2 centre 10 min walk away and just next to it a Waitrose, for more sophisticated shopping ;)) Moreover, there are going out areas and Regent\'s Park just 10 min walk away!

We are searching for a Postgraduate student, male or female, who is sociable. We want to do regularly things together as a flat and would like to have a home rather than just rented rooms! Also, being clean is a must and if you do some similar studies, that\'s great! If you do something else, don\'t worry, we are open to anything! We just wanna have a nice flatmate, with who we can spend a fun and successful year!

A bit about us: We are two German girls, who will start a flat (you can definitely bring yourself in). I am going to do a Masters in Global Health and Development and my friend is going to do Comparative Business Economics at the School of Slavonic and East European
School at UCL. For my part, I like playing piano (electric one with headphones, no worries! :) ), dancing salsa and travelling (just came back from Colombia and Mexico). We are friendly, sociable and like to have a laugh! Also, we do study hard, so respect each other’s space and quiet. But we like to have time for each other, not being massive party animals, but having a good work-life balance!
