what we offer is a quite big furnished double room (cupboard, desk etc.) in a two story flat with a fully equipped kitchen (incl. washing machine), living room and garden on the ground floor and bathroom with separate WC and bedrooms on the second floor. There is a central heating and are double glazed window, also parking spaces are available in front of the house. It’s a convenient location close to Oval tube station with good connections to the centre and the Stockwell area with pubs, bars and supermarkets. Night buses are running on New Camberwell Road, which is a 2 minutes walk from our flat.

Regarding rent, it is 560 pounds a month including all bills and since we had some troubles with former flatmates we would need one month rent upfront and one month deposit.

We are two students in their early 20s, thou, we like to go out at night and we don’t mind a house party once in a while, we definitely do not want to have the party at our place every weekend. We are looking for a sociable person, who at times enjoys joining us for a bite to eat and a drink, but on the other hand accepts one’s privacy since that is important to us, too.
