Hey, I am going home so I am looking for a new roommate to replace me.
There are TWO ROOMS. This ad is for the bigger room only.
The bedroom is 700 € (with heating and internet included) and it is to be rented from the 17th of September.
The room is 30 square metres with wide windows. In the room are included the bed (2mx2m) and the curtains for sleeping.
The kitchen is completely equipped with new furnitures, dishes, glasses, pans and pots (everything you need for cooking). The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub.
I am currently living with Michael, a German student. He is currently writing his master thesis. We like sports and sometimes we go out together for parties and so on.
The apartment is located in a very central place. we are just 2 minutes walking from the Uban Station Theresienstrasse which is just two stops distance from Hauptbanhnof.
