Hello
I am leaving Offenbach for 3 months and therefore I am renting my room to someone who could take care of my belongings and might be good to my flatmates. There is only one plant in my room and you have also to take care of it.
Well, everything is going to stay there. A bed (160 x 200), a table, a big closet and also the balcony ;).
We have a kitchen with everything you need, also a dish washer is included. There is a big living room were you could watch tv and share with the other flatmates. The charming girls living with me are very offen and have a good sense of humor. We meet often spontaneously in the kitchen to have a breakfast together or dinner.
We count also the help of Natascha who is coming every weekend two hours to clean the shared rooms (kitchen, bathroom and floor). We pay her 20€ every week and that means that you have to pay 20€ once a month extra to her.
Netto ist just around the corner, Rewe is "going to be" in front of the door quite soon and the Main river is like at the other side of the street. The flea markt is also at the other side of the street and if you have any interest in going out and visit clubs, Robert Johnson is five minutes by foot.
We are like in the midway between Ledermusseum and Marktplatz S BAHN train stations so you have to find for your self which is better for you. It might take you around 8 minutes by foot to reach them and only 3 min. with the bike.
