My German is rusty but here is the deal : We\'re looking for someone for our third room in a parisien 4 room flat. The flat is not new but it is full of colours and very nice to live in. It is on the 6th floor (with no lift) and gives access to the roof in summer (with a view on Montmartre). There\'s a lounge bathroom and restroom are separated.
We are 2 flatmates (1 girl and 1 boy) in their thirties (beginning and mid) and are looking for some one the same age (girl or boy).

The room furniture includes:
- Ikea wardrobe
- double bed
- desk and chair
