Die Wg liegt sehr schön im 7. Bezirk, so dass alle lebenswichtigen Dinge greifbar nah liegen. Zur U6 / 48A Thaliastraße und Burggasse braucht man jeweils nur 3 Minuten. Westbahnhof, Stadthalle und städtische Hauptbibliothek liegen ebenfalls nur 5 min. entfernt. In unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es einen Hofer, Zielpunkt, Billa, Traffik, Admiralkino und das Westlicht. Natürlich nicht zu vergessen ist die Lugner City, welche mit ihren Vergnügungsangeboten frohlockt. Abends zum Weggehen ist in kürzester Entfernung der Gürtel (Chelsea, Rhiz, B72) und auf der Burggasse das Wirr. Etwas weiter, aber dennoch nah, ist die Maria Hilfer Str., die neben unzähligen Einkaufsläden tagsüber, auch mit Elektrogönner und Kameraclub des Nachts lockt. Mq und Volkstheater sind auch gemütlich in 10 Minuten zu erreichen, genauso wie Hauptuni, Unicampus und Kunsthochschulen. Wu ist 6 U-bahnstationen entfernt.

Noch ein paar Worte zur Wohnung und zum Zimmer. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem typisch klassischen Wiener Altbau; wurde aber vor 5 Jahren saniert, d.h. der Zustand der Wohnung ist recht hübsch und komfortabel. Zusätzlich komplett eingerichtet (Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, 2 Kühlschränke, etc.).



Unsere alte Mitbewohnerin hätte noch ein Bett, Kleiderschrank und eine Kommode übrig, die bei Bedarf für weniger als die Hälfte des Einkaufspreises übernommen werden können.

The apartment is in the 7th district (Neubau) of Vienna, in a strategic position.
Around you can find everything you need as supermarkets, tobacconist\'s, cinema, shopping centre, bank and so on...
Two blocks away you find the biggest Public Library of Vienna.
If you like sport there is the Vogelweidpark where you can jogging, as well as the Stadthalle\'s swimming-pool. For your nightlife you have just to go to the Gürtel where you have bars and pubs.
In 5 minutes walk you have the Lugnercity shopping mall with a cinema, shops and restaurants.

It is also good connected with the public transports: in 3 minutes walk you are at the U6 stations (both Thaliastrasse and Burgasse/Stadthalle); at the corner you have the bus 48A (that bring you to close to the city centre, MuseumsQuartier, Volkstheater) and the tram 5 that connect you to Westbahnhof (railway station and subway-junction) and to the University ( Hauptuni, Unicampus and Kunsthochschulen).

The apartment is on a old Viennese style building (renovated 4 years ago), without lift but at the first floor. You can find any comfort for a good stay: a furnished kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine etc...

The room, with two windows, is full furnished with TV, Internet connection (wireless).
