Wir suchen einen netten Mitbewohner/in ab 1. März, für eine gemütliche 4-er WG.
In einem schönen Altbau, mit großer, voll ausgestatteter Küche, Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine, separates WC.
Das freie Zimmer ist nicht so groß (8m²) aber mit einem sehr bequemen Hochbett, Schreibtisch, und Regalen. Es ist ein Durchgangszimmer. Rafael der durch das Zimmer geht ist aber sehr ruhig, und du kannst immer noch Privatsphäre haben dank den großen Vorhängen. Dann kannst du ruhig arbeiten, schlafen oder irgendwas tun in deinem Zimmer ohne das er dich sehen kann. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral nicht weit weg von dem Zentrum (2 Haltestellen mit der U3 vom Stephansdom) oder der Mariahilferstrasse. Guter Zustand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Billa, Hofer und Zielpunkt), nur 5min weit weg vom Volkstheater (U3 und U2), 48A und 13A vor der Tür. In Uninähe, 15min von der WU, 10min von Hauptuni und WU.

Deine Mitbewohner sind 3 sehr nette, unkomplizierte deutsche Studenten (Laura, Film-Theater-Wissenschaft, Rafael Psychologie und Flo Wirtschaft. Sind zwischen 21 und 24).

Die Kosten: 189 mit allem inkludiert! (W-Lan, Strom, Gas..)

I am looking for someone male or female for a 8m² room from 1st march. The apartment is in one of these
beautiful old buildings - it is a 4 bedrooms flat with a nice kitchen with a seating area (there is everything you need there to cook), bathroom with tube and separate toilet, we also have a washing-machine. The available room is not too big but has a nice built in (high) double bed as well as a table and everything you need to put your clothes in. I have had a lot of international students who stayed in there for a semester or two and they had more than enough room, as the living room is very nice and comfortable.
It is a way-room as Rafael has to go threw to enter his own room, but he is really quiet and you still have your privacy thank\'s to a curtain, so that he can go quietly in his room without seeing you or wake you up.

The flat is situated in a central area, perfekt for shopping (2 Undergroud stations from Stephansplatz and not far away from Mariahliferstrasse). We have Hofer,Bila and ZielPunkt just on the parrallel street. 5 min walk away to Volksteater\'s Undergroud station (U3 and U2), buses 48A and 13A just in front of the door, 15 min away from WU, 10 min from Uni or TU. It is perfekt for a student !

About us: You are going to live with 3 easy going german students (Laura, Film-Theater wissenschaft, Rafael Psycology and Flo Wirtschaft between 21 and 24). We are able to speak German as well as English of course.

Everything (wi-fi, electricity, heating etc.) is included in the 189 Euro.
