We (Sandra, Omer and Raphael) are looking for a flatmate to live with us in our great located WG!
the apartment is big (110Sq m), the location is amazing you are in a walking distance from the city hall(Rathaus), u6 station, tram number 2/33/5, MQ is about 15 minutes walking! you will find plenty of things here on the main street like: restaurants, cafe's, billa, spar, post office, pubs, bars and dancebars!
Although we are living right in the center of the main street, the apartment is really quite because its located in the inside of the complex, so no noise at all (the apartment is not getting too hot during the summer because of that also!)
The room is rather small but very practical, the bed is very comfortable (2 big mattresses), a nice couch and a table to sit comfortably working on your computer, there is also a sitting area in the kitchen where we sometimes sit and eating together or just chillin.
The rent is 260 bucks a month including all the bills, internet etc.
So if you're looking for a cool place to stay in the summer, and you are not planning on sitting in the room all day long it's probably perfect for you! (:

Die Altbauwohnung (110qm) befindet sich in einem ruhigen Innenhof in der Josefstädter Straße. Alle notwendigen Geschäfte, Restaurants und Bars (Rhiz, Auslage, Avalon, Anno usw.) sind in der Nähe.
U6, 13a, 2er- und 33er-Straßenbahn sind gleich vor dem Haus.
