My name is Son, I’m a Yoga teacher and passionate traveler. The room I am offering, my room, has a total size of 26sqm (285 square feet) is bright and cozy with a king size bed and the following antique furniture: an extendable red sofa, a wardrobe, a commode, a writing desk, some lamps and 2 high green plants plus a mini trampoline :-). I am sure that you will find everything you need there, incl. bed sheets and towels if you need!
Kindly be aware that there's no wardrobe because the one in the lobby is already filled up with my personal belongings :-( ... sorry for that.
Your flat mate: Milena (Mila :-) is 21 years old, originally from Poland and a student of Management & Psychology. She speaks fluently English, Polish and some German. Milena and of course myself will do the best we can to make your stay comfortably and of course answer all your questions.
The apartment (a nice and typical Viennese "Altbau" with wooden floorings, very nice gulling doors and a ceiling height of about 3,8m = 12,5feet!) is located on the second floor, has a total size of 70sqm (753 square feet) and is divided into wo big rooms.
Total monthly Rent: 495 Euro
Deposit: 2 monthly rents, depending on the length of stay

The location is great because we live right next to the famous "AUGARTEN" - a wonderful jogging and yoga location and about 5 minutes by walk from the Frist District/University of Vienna.
Public transportation: tram 31 (2 minutes walking distance); subways U4, U2 as well as trams no 1 and 2 (station: "Schottenring" or "Taborstrasse"). The late night bus also stops in our street.
Next to our house we have a grocery store named "Penny".
Your roomate will be Milena (Mila), a 21 years old student of Management & Psychology.
