A lovely 2-bedroom apartment in a new, low-energy building (first occupied in 2013) has a spare bedroom to sublet.
BEDROOM DESCRIPTION
The bedroom is 13 sq. m. looks out to a quiet, nice backyard, and facing east. It is on the upper floor of the maisonette apartment, and is on the same floor as the living room and kitchen. The bathroom (with bathtub), open-space kitchen/dining/living room, and the main balcony are downstairs. The best attraction is that the bedroom has its own 9 sq. m. loggia. The bedroom is furnished with a single bed, a bed side table, a comfy chair, a desk and a wardrobe. Furniture could be removed.
APARTMENT DESCRIPTION:
The bedroom is part of a 68 sq. m. (excluding the 3 balconies) maisonette apartment. The entrance to the apartment is on the 2nd floor, where the toilet and room to let are located. A staircase leads down to the 1st floor into the open-space living room / dining / kitchen.
The apartment is very tastefully furnished and has all modern appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, parquett floor, NO micro wave).

A large green area, Rudolf Bednar Park, is nearby, and it is also 10 min walking distance from Prater Park and the Donauinsel.
HOUSEMATE DESCRIPTION:
Looking for a housemate (male/female), who would like to rent the bedroom described above and share the common areas (living room, bathroom & toilet, kitchen, dining etc) with a 35-yr. old female teacher. I spend some time at university, I will be travelling from time to time. I own two lovely cats. You should like cats, be neat, easy-going, and respect a quiet weekend. It`s important to me to live sustainable, reduce waste, buy organic food, rarely meat - and would be happy to find a like-minded flat mate. I m trying to find somebody, who is willing to share more than just the bathroom! Who would like to share a chat and dinner from time to time, but also has a slightly different timetable, so that both can enjoy the flat on his/her own as well.
