Het appartement heeft 2 toiletten, een open keuken met eet tafel voor 3 personen plus een bar tafel met hoge stoelen. Het appartement heeft een nieuwe wasmaschine en er is ook kamer om de was op te hangen.
Rustige en centrale locatie bij de Naschmarkt en metro station U4 Kettenbrückengasse.

ARauchen in der Wohnung ist unerwünscht. Neben der Wohnung im Stiegenhaus gibt es ein Balkon wo geraucht werden kann.
Mindestens einmal in der Woche sollen alle gemeinsem die Wohnung putzen. Es handelt sich nur um die offene Küche und Eingangsbereich, das geht ganz schnell.

We do not smoke but there is a nice balcony half floor down where you can smoke.
